Service Description
Let's plan out a prenatal strength and endurance program based on your current level of health and fitness. The associated benefits of exercise with pregnancy include but are not limited to: - Babies whose mothers exercise during pregnancy experience a number of developmental boosts, which may play a part in them being healthier and more physically active later in life. -Mothers who exercise while pregnant reduce the risk of excessive weight gain during pregnancy. -Moderate exercise is associated with a lower incidence of preeclampsia and gestational diabetes, preterm labor, operative delivery, and mood disorders. - Exercise during pregnancy is associated with better mood, postpartum recovery and less discomforts such as back ache, constipation and lower extremity edema. You are worth feeling strong as you create and grow the little life inside you. This will work for all levels and includes 1 virtual personal training session to go over your program, movements and schedule.
